Job Description

As a Prime Now Shopper, you'll work in a grocery or retail store to pick and pack customer orders for ultra-fast delivery. This role requires speed, accuracy, and a customer-obsessed attitude. You'll use a smartphone app to guide you through the shopping process.

Responsibilities:

• Use a smartphone to receive and shop for customer orders.
• Accurately pick items from store shelves.
• Pack orders securely and prepare them for delivery drivers.
• Communicate with customers about out-of-stock items or substitutions.
